If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Kendoo is committed to making it right for you. KENDOO offers a 30 day product return policy. KENDOO is not under any obligation to credit, refund or exchange items solely by issuing a RMA number to you. We will process your request and notify you as soon as possible. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.

KENDOO accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returning items back to KENDOO, unless we incorrectly shipped an item to you.

KENDOO is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during return shipment. For your own protection, you may wish to insure your return package.

Returns within 30 days from the invoice date will be exchanged, refunded or credited to you at KENDOO’S discretion. Please call us if you have any questions.

Refused or Unwanted Shipments
Within 30 days from the invoice date, you may refuse and return merchandise for any reason. However, there will be a restocking fee of $15 invoice. Freight charge will not be refunded.

For shipment to Canada, Canada Customs may charge duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. These fees are responsibilities of the customer who placed the order.

Kendoo Technology, Inc (KENDOO) takes customer’s privacy seriously.

  • KENDOO collects and processes customer’s information only for the purpose of providing customers with better services when fulfilling customer’s request such as a sales transaction of products.
  • KENDOO does not rent, sell or share customer’s information with anyone else without the prior consent of the customers.
  • KENDOO limits the access to customer’s information to employees who KENDOO believes reasonably need to come into contact that information to better serve the customers.
  • KENDOO has physically and electronically secured customer’s information.
  • KENDOO complies with Government’s Privacy Regulations.
  • KENDOO may periodically update this policy and notify the customers about the significant policy changes.
